The processes that split water into its component parts, necessary for use in the combustion process, have been known to the scientific community for a very long time. It must be noted that it has also been known by the business community and governmental agencies as well.
Are Free plans just as good as thier Paid cousins. Well the old adage “you get what you paid for” definitely applies to these plans.
Free plans can have some useful nuggets of information in them but are usually very light on information. Also the support available from the free plans source is very limited and often non-existant.
With Paid plans the support is better but not always. The information in them is of a more factual/engineering nature. And is often more detailed.
